Maree Lallensack
Maree was born in New South Wales, Australia. Maree is the mother of two and
worked in the Financial Services sector for over 20 years.
She held very senior roles in the insurance industry, banking and asset
management.
While always very active Maree only started sailing in 1998. She participated in many "round the buoys" races in Sydney Harbour and Pittwater and some off-shore races, finally graduating to ocean racing. Her other hobbies include cooking, art, reading and sharing a glass of wine with family and friends.
In early 2006 Maree finished working in the finance sector to assist refurbishing El Karim.
